CrossFit Classes

CrossFit begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness.

Our qualified coaches lead the program for each group class. Our Long Term Member Development Program allows members to join a class at the level appropriate for them and get the required intensity to work towards their goals. Check out our different levels of classes below.

Personal Coaching

An option for any of our members and non-members who want a customized individual training sessions with one of our experienced coaches. All personal training sessions include nutritional advice.


Kids CrossFit

CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means that consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.

 

Taster session

Try us out for FREE!  Call or visit us today to get one free workout session! You can get to know our coaches see the facility and talk one-on-one with our staff to see how the CrossFit experience can be beneficial to you. We’ll discuss the plan of action that’s best suited for your needs, and tell you how you can achieve your goals in a step-by-step process. Remember – CrossFit isn’t just for the athletic; we welcome people of all ages and abilities to come experience the CrossFit way!

 

Nutrition Camp

The 12 week Nutrition Camp is for anyone who wants to improve their body and nutrition. Whether your goals are fat loss or muscle building, the aim is to get you into good shape in 12 weeks, but also to give you the necessary skills needed to continue progressing after the 12 weeks.

The Nutrition Camp includes the following:
* Initial body composition assessment
* Evaluation
* Goal setting
* Individual nutrition plan
* Nutrition supplement suggestions
* Bi weekly monitoring
* Before and after pictures

The group of people will be like minded and all striving for the same goal. We will all be connected through Facebook and whatsapp during the period sharing ideas, photos and questions. The community aspect is a big reason why it’s so successful.

We meet every 2 weeks to measure body fat.

Drop-in

If you are a member of another CrossFit gym or at least have completed a basics course (with us or with another CrossFit gym), you can come in and sign up for a one-time class.
